Richard began his diving career in 2014 and became a Master Scuba Diver Trainer in 2021.  His favorite specialty course to teach are Sidemount, Self-Reliant Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy and Dive Propulsion Vehicle.  Richard's personal dive philosophy:  "It is not the number of dives that important, it is the quality of dive(s) that truly matter".
